General Refund Terms
We are committed to ensuring satisfaction with our services and training. However, due to the nature of educational and digital services, certain conditions apply:

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered only under specific circumstances, as outlined below.

By purchasing any of our services or courses, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be granted in the following cases:

Duplicate Payment: If you have accidentally been charged more than once.

Service Not Rendered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal issues.

Cancellation Within Cooling-Off Period: If you request a cancellation within 7 calendar days of purchase and you have not accessed or used the service in any way.
All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to info@grovemediconsulting.com.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

If any part of the course, resource, or consultation has already been accessed, downloaded, or attended.

If the refund request is made after 7 days of the purchase date.

If the participant fails to attend a scheduled session, class, or event without prior notice.

For change of mind or perceived lack of benefit.

For third-party issues beyond our control (e.g., internet service disruptions).
Refund Processing
Approved refunds:

Will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation.

Will be returned via the original method of payment.

May incur administrative or processing fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellations and Transfers

Course enrolments may be transferred to another participant or rescheduled to a future date with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability and approval.

Rescheduling is only permitted once per enrollment.
