Enrollment Policy

This Enrollment Policy outlines the procedures, requirements, and terms for students enrolling in courses offered by Grove Medi-Consulting and Grove CarerEvolve Academy Pty Ltd ("the Company"). This policy is applicable to all students registering for accredited training programs via www.GroveMediConsulting.com.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for enrollment, prospective students must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Have completed Grade 10, 11, or 12, or present proof of an equivalent NQF Level 3 qualification.

  • Be able to communicate in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Note: Grove CarerEvolve Academy is a training institution and does not guarantee job placement. Employment details, where relevant, are shared only with enrolled students.

2. Accreditation

Our training programs are accredited by relevant South African authorities, including:

  • QCTO (Quality Council for Trades and Occupations)

  • HWSETA (Health and Welfare Sector Education and Training Authority)

  • SANC (South African Nursing Council) - CPD ready courses by registered professional educators, assessors and moderators

Each course follows its own specific structure and content based on the accreditation requirements. Course-specific outlines will be shared during the application or interview process.

3. Enrollment Process

  1. Application:

    • Complete the online inquiry or application form.

    • Receive detailed course information and entry criteria.

  2. Assessment & Interview:

    • Attend a mandatory in-person assessment including:

      • Oral introduction

      • Written English and motivation test

    • Assessment venue: To be confirmed (Milnerton or Century City area)

  3. Assessment Result:

    • Pass mark: 50%

    • One rewrite permitted if unsuccessful.

  4. Assessment Fee:

    • Non-refundable fee of R1250.00 covers:

      • Assessment

      • Interview

      • Initial registration process

4. Non-Payment Policy

  • If fees are not settled by the due date, students will receive written notice.

  • One-month grace period for settlement.

  • If still unpaid after 30 days, enrollment will be cancelled.

​

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to the separate Refund Policy document for full details regarding refund eligibility and procedures.

7. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update or revise this policy at any time. Students will be notified of any significant changes.
